Runwood Homes Limited in England is seeking a friendly Activities Coordinator to design and run engaging activities for residents, tailored to each individual's needs and interests.

You will mentor and train team members on how to engage with residents, uphold dignity, and foster a sense of belonging, enabling daily moments of joy and personal expression.

Alternate weekends and shift times include 10:00–16:00 with additional evenings during events.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Experience organizing activities or leading groups is beneficial.
• Assertive yet flexible in approach; diverse backgrounds welcomed.
