Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager or Senior Accounts Manager to join its expanding Business Services team. You will manage a portfolio of SME and owner-managed clients, act as a trusted adviser, and oversee the delivery of high-quality accounts services.

The role is client-facing, requires ACA/ACCA (or equivalent experience), and offers mentoring and development opportunities within a collaborative practice environment.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification or significant relevant UK practice experience.
• Experience supervising junior staff and delivering client-focused services.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex accounting issues to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of SME and owner managed business clients.
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value through advisory services.
• Reviewing statutory accounts prepared for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies.
• Handling incoming client enquiries and providing practical business and accounting advice.
• Managing workflow, deadlines and client expectations to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Supporting, mentoring and developing junior team members through coaching and feedback.
• Building relationships with third parties and professional contacts where necessary.
