Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager or Senior Accounts Manager to join its expanding Business Services team. This is a highly client-facing role managing a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, acting as a trusted adviser and delivering high-quality accounts services across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate will have ACA or ACCA qualification (or substantial QBE) and at least seven years' experience in a UK accountancy firm, with strong

• ACA or ACCA qualification, or significant relevant experience in practice.
• 7+ years' experience in a UK accountancy firm.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients.
• Build strong client relationships and identify advisory opportunities.
• Review statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies.
• Handle client enquiries and provide practical business and accounting advice.
• Manage workflow, deadlines and client expectations to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and feedback.
• Build relationships with third parties and professional contacts where necessary.
