Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join its growing accounts team. You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, preparing and reviewing accounts, and supporting tax compliance work.

You will work closely with clients, provide practical business support, and help develop junior team members in a collaborative, forward-thinking firm. This role offers progression and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong accounts preparation and review experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SME client portfolio including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts and related tax computations.
• Provide business and accounting guidance to clients.
• Assist with advisory projects and technical research as needed.
• Support, mentor and review work of junior team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business.
