Saffery LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accounts Manager to join our fast-paced accounts team. This client-facing role includes advisory elements and often deals with high-net-worth clients.

The work is varied, ranging from year-end compliance to ad-hoc advisory and project work for a diverse client base including sole traders, partnerships, and trusts. ACCA/ACA qualified accountants are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• ACA/ACCA qualified with practice experience.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounts production software (CCH) is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage workload.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc advisory projects.
• Plan workloads and timetables with junior team.
• Review VAT returns and supervise management accounts.
• Oversee financial management and cross-departmental comms.
• Build and maintain client relationships and coach juniors.
• Support in developing junior staff and line management responsibilities.
