Continued growth over the past four years means we are now ready to take the next exciting step and bring onboard a Senior Accountant who will operate as our Practice Manager. This critical role will focus on helping hundreds of people grow their businesses, understand their finances and stay on the right side of the tax man!

We’re looking for a passionate accountant, dedicated to building strong client relationships who wants to help grow and shape the future of Raw Accounting.

Please note that the role is advertised as full time but we will consider applications from those seeking part time or flexible working.

Overview of key responsibilities:

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and compliance matters
• Compliance Oversight: Regularly review and update compliance protocols to ensure all client work complies with all current laws and regulations including ethical standards
• Sales: Analyse client portfolios to identify opportunities for additional services or products
• People Management: Support with the development of junior staff ensuring regular feedback is given
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency using technology and best practices
• Communication: Foster excellent relationships with clients, Directors and the wider team through regular, clear communication
• Leadership: Act as a role model for the wider team, upholding the organisational values & culture
• A people person able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• A problem solver who’s not afraid to take on a challenge
• Experienced with a minimum of 5 years in practice

Competitive salary in the range of £50,000-£60,000 per annum.
