Job summary

Logisnext in Thame, Oxfordshire, is seeking an ambitious and resilient Accountant to join our Finance team in Thame. This hybrid role offers variety, change and a real opportunity to impact reporting, processes and stakeholder insight.

You will report to the Finance Manager, own month-end reporting, budgets and dashboards, collaborate with commercial teams and drive improvements in ERP and compliance. Hybrid pattern: three days in the office, two from home.

Qualifications

• Qualified by experience or working towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis required.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end balance sheet reporting, reconciliations and deadlines.
• Produce monthly actuals, forecasts and budgets with analysis.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to support performance and growth.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and financial models for decision making.
• Act as finance lead on ERP developments and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance.
