Heap & Co - Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Specialists in Cambridge is recruiting a Management Accountant for a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). You will work closely with senior leadership to provide meaningful financial insight and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications are required.
• Previous experience in accounting, finance or audit.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience within a growing business environment would be advantageous.

An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join one of the most exciting and innovative companies Cambridge has seen in recent years, during a key phase of its development.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, providing meaningful financial insight and supporting business decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
