We are seeking a hands-on, self-driven Senior Accountant to oversee our financial systems and support our growth.

Position Summary: Reporting directly to the President, the Senior Accountant will manage daily financial operations, bookkeeping, reporting, compliance, and analysis. This role is crucial for decision-making, especially regarding growth, franchisee reporting, budgeting, and cost control for our multi-unit operation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10%
• Health & Dental Benefits: Fully paid after 90 days
• Vacation: 3 weeks plus paid sick/personal days
• CPA Support: Dues covered, training allowance of $1,500–$2,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
2. Support the bookkeeper and prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts

4. Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning and expansion
5. Liaise with external accountants and banking partners

Qualifications:
