Job summary

NKD Advisory US in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to take ownership of client portfolios and deliver year-end accounts for a variety of businesses.

You will handle VAT and management accounts, review work of junior staff, and respond directly to client queries while offering practical business advice.

Qualifications

• Strong accounts experience and a good understanding of UK accounting and tax.

We’re working with a well-established accountancy practice in Sheffield that is looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant to their growing team.

The Requirements:

• We’re looking for someone with recent accountancy practice experience who is confident managing their own client portfolio.
• You could be ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience, with strong accounts experience and a good understanding of UK accounting and tax.
• You’ll ideally be someone who enjoys the client-facing side of practice and wants to continue developing their career.
