Job summary

NKD Advisory US is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for a well-established South Yorkshire practice. You will manage a varied client base, prepare and review personal and corporate tax returns, and contribute to advisory projects.

The role offers exposure to advisory work and progression, with a focus on delivering accurate tax solutions and strong client service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• UK accountancy practice experience is required.
• Strong grounding in tax with advisory exposure a plus.
• Confident in dealing directly with clients and managing expectations.

Job description

We’re working with a well-established accountancy practice in South Yorkshire that is looking to add a Senior Tax Accountant to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid practice experience and is looking to take the next step in their tax career, working closely with a varied client base and getting involved in more advisory-focused work.

About you

We’re looking for someone with previous UK accountancy practice experience who has a strong grounding in tax and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Ideally, you’ll be ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified/part-qualified, although relevant experience will also be considered.

You’ll be confident, commercially aware and keen to continue developing your technical knowledge and career within practice.
