Ground Control in Billericay is seeking an Account Manager Team Leader to combine hands-on client management with day-to-day leadership of three Client Services Administrators. You will shape how the team works together, strengthen client relationships, and ensure we consistently deliver outstanding service.

The role offers seasonal hours with some weekend rotation during winter and opportunities to grow within a proactive client-focused environment within Ground Control.

Formación

• Experience in Account Management or Client Services.
• Experience leading a team or supervising others.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication.
• Calm under pressure and able to resolve issues.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their priorities.
• Lead and support three Client Services Administrators, prioritising effectively.
• Own client communications with regular touchpoints and meetings.
• Step in during escalations, bringing people together to solve problems.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts with additional sites or services.
• Bring structure to the team and improve cross-team communication.
• Ensure information flows between operations and commercial teams.
• Support client reviews, contract mobilisations and transitions.
