Ground Control in Billericay is seeking an Account Manager Team Leader for a permanent role. You will balance hands-on client management with day-to-day leadership of three Client Services Administrators, shaping how the team works and delivering exceptional client service.

You’ll build strong relationships, manage escalations, and look for opportunities to expand accounts with additional sites and services. The role blends client care with leadership across a varied client portfolio.

Formación

• Strong experience within Account Management, Client Services or similar client-facing environment.
• Experience leading, supervising or supporting a team with direction while remaining hands-on.
• A natural relationship builder who can communicate confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of challenges and escalations, staying calm and solving problems.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to balance client portfolio with team needs.
• Commercial mindset with ability to recognise opportunities to strengthen existing relationships.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable making decisions without prompting.
• Collaborative leadership style that fosters a positive, accountable team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify priorities and opportunities.
• Lead and support three Client Services Administrators, guiding priorities and problem solving.
• Own client communication with regular touchpoints and meetings.
• Step in during escalations, coordinating the right people for practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to develop accounts with additional sites, services and solutions.
• Create structure and consistency in the team and improve communication.
• Work with operational and commercial teams to ensure joined-up service for clients.
• Support client reviews, new contract mobilisations and transitions with follow-through.
