Winter season (October–April): Shift rotation covering 6am–3pm, 7:30am–4:30pm, 10am–7pm. Includes weekend working and public holidays (rota basis, with time off in lieu).

In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day communication, resolving escalations, and coordinating service delivery to ensure contract requirements are met.
This is a seasonal, high-impact role, supporting clients through our busiest and most critical period from October to April, when our services are in highest demand. You’ll play a key part in ensuring clear communication, rapid issue resolution, and a positive client experience during weather-related events.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll work closely with internal teams to support contract delivery and maintain strong client relationships. Outside of the winter season (May to September), your focus will shift towards contract renewals support, client relationship development, and wider business support activities, providing a varied and rewarding role year-round.
