Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a Client Services Team Leader in Billericay to combine hands-on client management with leadership of three Client Services Administrators. You’ll shape how the team works, strengthen client relationships and ensure the service level our customers expect.

You’ll balance ownership of client relationships with team leadership, maintaining regular contact with accounts and guiding the team through challenges to deliver a consistently strong client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and client services leadership.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercial mindset with ability to spot opportunities to add value.
• Organised with ability to balance multiple client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support three Client Services Administrators, prioritising work and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding priorities and opportunities.
• Own client communications and ensure regular touchpoints rather than waiting for issues to arise.
• Handle escalations, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional sites, services and solutions.
• Provide structure and consistency across the team and improve cross-team collaboration.
