Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the key day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and overseeing the delivery of several medium to large projects. You will act as a client account lead or captain, responsible for managing execution and coaching junior team members, ensuring effective project delivery alongside the account lead or sponsor.
You should have a clear understanding of the overall programme, including strategic planning and financial management, and develop your leadership skills to manage up and down based on project needs.
