Mantra Learning Ltd is recruiting a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic national accounts from our Middleton, Greater Manchester site. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive growth across multiple services within the logistics training portfolio.

The role offers a full-time, 37.5-hour week and a clear path to leadership within a supportive team, with exposure to major brands and a commitment to learner and employer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 or above (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors.
• Experience in strategic account management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial awareness and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow complex national accounts with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Drive customer success through cross-functional collaboration, escalation management and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, retention and strategic expansion.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and employer forums to enhance market presence.
• Mentor colleagues and support high-performing sales and account management teams.
• Apply strategic account planning and stakeholder management to strengthen relationships and maximise growth.
• Manage strategic accounts ensuring service delivery and contractual compliance.
