Senior Account Manager - Financial Services

Flexible working module - Can work 100% remote or hybrid from Towcester Office

Must have a background in the Finance sector, preferably with experience as a Finance Broker.

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday.

Can work abroad up to 90 days per year.

The Team

The Account Management team builds and maintains client relationships, understanding their needs to provide effective solutions. They work closely with other Account Managers and Support team members to assist clients comprehensively.

The Role

Senior Account Managers are experienced in the financial services industry, either as brokers/intermediaries or with extensive lender experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new and existing client relationships through telesales, social media, trade events, and networking.
  • Providing finance solutions with products like asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance.
  • Analyzing financial requirements and documentation.
  • Understanding client needs thoroughly.
  • Drafting proposals and preparing compelling applications.

A high-performing Senior Account Manager will also:

  • Research prospects thoroughly before engagement.
  • Maintain professionalism in communication.
  • Enhance personal knowledge and skills.
  • Vigilantly report fraud and money laundering concerns.
  • Follow Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  • Support team members by sharing expertise and best practices.
