Our client is an established but growing company providing a state-of-the-art technology platform for the sale and administration of insurance products. They are the #1 technology platform for Commercial Lines Insurers, MGA’s and Brokers. A heavily R&D based business that has continually invested in technology and has a cloud-native offering with API first technology on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, development and testing of new features in the applications
• Regular communication with team members involved in the development process
• Implement, test, and bug-fix functionality
• Design and implement software projects using C#
• Build and maintain efficient and reliable C# code

Requirements

• 3-4 years commercial experience desirable
• Proficient in C#
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (VueJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)
• Experience with software design and OOD methodologies
• Familiarity with Relational Databases and SQL
• Experience with ORM frameworks (EntityFramework.Core)
• Experience with web services development (REST)
• Strong in OOP, MVC, Design patterns, SOLID principles
• Knowledge of Source Control Systems (git)
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure is advantageous
