Atlantean Media is seeking a Senior Account Manager to connect the team with clients, ensuring smooth delivery and contributing to business growth. The role sits in a hybrid environment, based around Worthing, with close collaboration to the Founder and MD.

The ideal candidate will bring proven account management and project coordination skills, with a keen interest in environmental and climate topics. This role offers growth opportunities within a purpose-driven agency.

Competenze

• Account Management experience in a creative, marketing, PR or Communications agency is essential.
• Experience managing clients and projects concurrently is essential.
• Interest or experience in environment, water, climate or sustainability sectors is desirable.

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for a growing client portfolio.
• Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and results.
• Understand each client's goals and turn them into clear briefs with the team.
