Job summary

ZigZag Global Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Success team. You will manage a portfolio of medium to enterprise retailers, acting as the main contact to maximise service quality and commercial outcomes in a fully remote UK role.

You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of commitments while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction across international retailers.

Qualifications

• Senior Account Management and client-focused solutions experience.
• Logistics or SaaS sector experience is essential.
• Expert knowledge of ecommerce market and returns sector.
• Experience with Hubspot and Asana preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer centric approach.
• Commercial acumen with revenue growth focus; AI experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Show strong commercial acumen to negotiate with key stakeholders during contract negotiations.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and act as ambassador within Client Success.
• Bring the voice of the customer into the business to influence priorities.
• Be the key contact for a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Set portfolio strategy and drive deliverables across business areas.
• Monitor and improve the commercial standing of the client portfolio.
• Undertake project management of key client initiatives with allocated resources.
