We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist software consultancy providing bespoke solutions to solve complex operational problems. Working as part of the Mood business at CACI IIG, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to play a leading role in our growing team. MooD is a data visualisation platform designed to integrate disparate systems for management and planning.

The Opportunity

As a key member of the Mood leadership team, your focus will be on growing the Mood product and consultancy offerings, building on our successful business and relationships within the MOD and related partners. You will manage and expand Mood’s influence through consultative engagement and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of key strategic client relationships
  • Proactively identify and shape new opportunities with target clients
  • Work with the Mood Leadership Team to secure profitable orders, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Lead commercial aspects of proposals, supported by legal and technical teams
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads to develop market propositions
  • Coordinate with Delivery Teams to identify gaps and forecast needs
  • Assist in delivering competitive bids with internal resources and partners
The Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Senior Customer Management or Business Development role with MOD clients, including:

  • Managing long-term stakeholder relationships
  • Driving account growth and new business
  • Leading commercial negotiations
  • Managing client relationships to meet goals and objectives
  • Mentoring junior staff

Due to industry requirements, the candidate must obtain high-level security clearance, being a UK citizen and having lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
