Senior Account Manager - Shopper marketing global - based Leeds or London

3 days a week in the London office

A boutique creative agency based in Leeds is looking for a Senior or Account Manager to join their team working for their clients in the drinks industry.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain multi-channel / multi-brand experience and to take ownership of projects and client relationships.

Projects may include direct and email marketing, brand campaigns, CRM, shopper marketing, and experiential activities.

Requirements for the Senior Account Manager role:

  • Excellent attention to detail, from understanding client briefs to design & artwork checks.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, comfortable switching between CRM, shopper marketing, experiential, and financial tasks while maintaining clear project plans and timelines.
  • Effective communication, positive attitude, and organizational skills.
  • Passion and interest in marketing and our work.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an integrated Account Manager/Project Manager.
  • Handle a high volume of projects with good project management skills and a calm attitude.
  • Be flexible and proactive.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and freelancers.
  • Manage creative briefs and amendments, ensuring organization and attention to detail.
  • Prepare campaign budgets, obtain estimates, and raise purchase orders.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to brief.
  • Maintain accurate contact reports, timing plans, and activity reports.
  • Conduct competitor reviews and stay updated on industry trends.
