Senior Account Manager - Shopper marketing (global) - based in Leeds or London

3 days a week in the London office

A boutique creative agency based in Leeds is looking for a Senior or Account Manager to join their team working with clients in the drinks industry.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain multi-channel and multi-brand experience, and to take ownership of projects and client relationships.

Projects may include direct marketing, email campaigns, brand campaigns, CRM, shopper marketing, and experiential marketing.

Responsibilities include:
  • Excellent attention to detail, from understanding client briefs to design and artwork checks.
  • Managing multiple tasks across CRM, shopper, experiential, and financial aspects while maintaining clear project plans.
  • Effective communication, organization, and a positive attitude.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and freelancers.
  • Managing creative briefs and amendments through the studio with precision.
  • Preparing campaign budgets, obtaining estimates, and raising purchase orders.
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to brief.
  • Maintaining accurate reports, timing plans, and approvals.
  • Conducting competitor reviews and industry trend research.
