Sauced. is seeking a commercially focused Account Manager to own a book of 10–15 customers, ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500.
You will drive upsell and cross-sell across high-value accounts, with an annual expansion quota of $1m–$1.6m, and a target to grow revenue beyond retention alone. The role requires in-office work four days a week in central London, with a base salary plus commission and equity in a Series C AI business.
One of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in Europe, building the data platform used by some of the world's most advanced AI teams. Founded in 2020, they've grown to ~200 people, reached >$15m+ ARR and recently raised a $60m Series C. They're now hitting and targeting 2-3x annual growth from here. Their technology sits underneath the development of advanced AI applications across robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones, healthcare and more.
This is a genuinely commercial Account Manager role. You'll own a book of roughly 10-15 customers, worth around $1-2m ARR, ranging from 100-person businesses through to Fortune 500 companies. Your job is simple: grow them. You'll own upsell and cross-sell across some of the company's highest-value accounts, carrying an annual $1m-$1.6m expansion quota. Expansion already accounted for 50%+ of revenue in Q2, and every AM in the current UK/US team is hitting or exceeding target. This isn't a retention-heavy CSM role disguised as Account Management. We're looking for someone who has carried a commercial number and consistently grown existing customers.
A proven track record in commercial Account Management, with clear ownership of expansion revenue across existing customers. You'll need to have carried a commercial target and be able to demonstrate success through upsell and cross-sell, rather than purely retention or relationship management. Experience managing and growing high-value accounts in a SaaS or technology environment will put you in a strong position, particularly if you're comfortable navigating larger, more complex customers.
You will need to be happy working in-office 4 days a week (central London)
