Equans in Coleshill, Birmingham is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the operational delivery of a high-profile FM contract. You will drive P&L, performance, and safety while managing client relationships and a growing team.

You will use your PFI experience and strong stakeholder skills to deliver continuous improvement, ensure compliance with SFG20, and maximise value for the client while developing opportunities for contract growth.

• Proven P&L responsibility in excess of £5m per year.
• Strong people management and performance management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the contract, ensuring high levels of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract performance, including P&L, commercial outcomes, sustainability objectives, and operational risks.

• Provide leadership to operational teams, resolving complex issues and supporting wider FM activities.
• Lead and coordinate operational teams to deliver safe, compliant FM services and ensure KPIs are met.
