Papaya Global is a rapidly growing B2B tech unicorn transforming the payroll and payments industry. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to close opportunities with enterprise and mid-sized international companies, selling our global payroll, payments, and workforce management platform.

The role focuses on full sales cycles, engaging senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, account planning, and sales execution.

Formación

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing full sales cycles within payroll, HCM, HR tech, EOR, or workforce management.
• Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations with multi-stakeholder and international sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, or related HR tech ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• New Business Development: generate opportunities with enterprise global organizations and post-IPO companies.
• Sales Execution: manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and deliver tailored demos.
• Consultative Selling: understand client challenges related to global payroll, compliance, and international HR operations and propose solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Product, and Operations to align needs with platform capabilities.
