Job summary

All Gravy, the AI-native people operating platform for hospitality and retail, seeks a Senior Account Executive for the DACH market based in London. You will own a territory, build your pipeline with SDR support, and close high-value opportunities with a blended approach.

You’ll leverage marketing air cover, product capabilities, and leadership support to win, while developing deep relationships with budget holders and senior stakeholders across the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in hospitality or retail.
• Fluent in German and English; based in London.
• Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and own a target list of logos within the DACH ICP.
• Manage a blended pipeline from self-sourced and SDR-provided opportunities.
• Execute full cycle sales from discovery to close and post-sale handoff.
