Job Description:
An opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to advance in all areas, including client proposition, service, rewards, management, and working environment.
You will join a fast-growing, innovative commercial insurance broking firm known for quality advice and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key clients and develop the firm's footprint across strategic locations.
- Handle client management and retention, alongside business development in targeted industries such as engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, creatives, life science, private equity, leisure, and retail.
- Focus on clients and prospects, supported by account handlers, claims resources, and broking colleagues.
- Work remotely with regular office attendance, managing clients with at least £5,000-£10,000 in fee or commission income.
- Target a 10% growth in your book, with bonuses on increasing performance.
- Leverage a business development team for leads and appointments.
- Receive full broking, handling, administrative support, and access to claims and risk management solutions.
