Qualifications

• At least 18 months experience delivering marketing, advertising or digital campaigns from inception to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish.
• Regularly speak with clients in person, on the phone or via video.
• Maintain frequent contact with clients and stakeholders by email, phone and meetings.
• Onboard clients and gather info, assets and insights for campaigns.
• Create briefs for studio teams and manage deadlines and resources.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Retain and rebook clients by delivering excellent customer service.
