Job summary

Equals One in Leeds is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from inception through evaluation. You will liaise with clients, gather assets, and ensure campaigns deliver strong results in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands excellent organisation, client-facing communication, and a firm grasp of analytics to demonstrate value. Base in City Centre offices with flexible working after probation.

Qualifications

• 18 months' experience delivering marketing, advertising or digital campaigns from inception to evaluation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Knowledge of stages of delivering marketing/advertising campaigns.
• Ability to measure impact and work with data or third parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish.
• Regularly communicate with clients via in person, phone or video.
• Maintain frequent contact with clients to keep campaigns on track.
• Keep clients happy and campaigns on schedule.
• Onboard new clients with the business development team.
• Create briefs for the studio and gather assets and insights.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks.
