The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at 32Co. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer success. As part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in our company’s growth and evolution. With a wealth of untapped market potential, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and achieve exceptional results.

As a Senior Account Executive, your focus will be on UK-based dental practice groups. You will utilise multiple communication channels, including cold calling, to connect with business owners and C-suite executives. Sales cycles in this segment typically range from four to six months.

What will you do?

  • Identify and engage prospects through both outbound and inbound strategies.
  • Drive new business acquisition by proactively seeking out and closing new clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing deals and onboarding, collaborating with Clinical Operations and Product teams to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Operations and Product teams to continuously optimise our offerings, refine customer experience strategies, and ensure our product aligns with customer needs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our technical product and become proficient in engaging in casual clinical conversations with dentists, translating technical features into valuable solutions for their practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position 32Co’s solutions as the ideal choice for our prospects.

What are we looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A growth mindset - you’re passionate about sales and always seeking improvement.
  • Coachable - you’re eager to learn and open to feedback.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Curiosity and a strong aptitude for learning and understanding our technical product, ensuring you can effectively communicate its value to prospects.
  • A self-motivated, ambitious mindset with a drive to succeed.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
