Job Overview

The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in supporting the success of client accounts at Kinase, working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality work and contribute to positive client outcomes.

This role is hands-on, with a strong emphasis on digging into project details, gathering and analysing data, and supporting team coordination. While learning and development are central to the role, the Senior Account Executive will also have space for independent working and decision-making within their remit. It’s an ideal role for someone looking to grow within a high-performing team while developing foundational account management and client service skills.

Scope of the Role

The Senior Account Executive will focus on supporting the delivery of client projects, conducting background research, compiling information, and managing key administrative and coordination tasks. With growing confidence and exposure, they will begin to take ownership of smaller project elements and build familiarity with client-facing interactions.

Objectives

Communication: Begin to support client communication where appropriate, always with professionalism and clarity.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the account team to ensure seamless project delivery and coordination.

Data and Insight: Collect, organise and analyse relevant project and client data to support decision-making and reporting.

Learning and Development: Build a deep understanding of our approach, client needs, and project execution, developing toward more independent working.

Project Support: Provide hands-on support in the delivery of client projects, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and alignment with timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Support

  • Support the team in responding to client queries by gathering information and organising materials.
  • Begin to join client calls and meetings, taking notes and contributing as appropriate.
  • Build trust with in-house and external stakeholders through reliable delivery and responsiveness.

  • Work closely with senior team members to support the wider success of the team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, sharing learning and helping ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Be proactive in identifying ways to support the team and improve processes.

Strategic Support and Insight Generation

  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, proposals, and strategic sessions by compiling background information, case studies, and relevant data.
  • Support the development of in-house tools and templates that enhance project delivery.
  • Provide thoughtful input on client needs and opportunities, based on data and interactions.

Data and Reporting

  • Gather data from various sources (in-house tools, client input, platforms) to support client reporting and reviews.
  • Help create client-facing reports and presentations, ensuring they are visually clear, accurate, and aligned with messaging.
  • Contribute to project tracking efforts and help maintain team performance dashboards.

Project Coordination and Delivery

  • Support the delivery of client projects, maintaining task lists, timelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate across in-house teams to gather updates and inputs needed for ongoing work.

  • Experience of Paid Social management platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads Manager etc.)
  • Good working knowledge of the Smartly Advertising solution
  • Ideally hands-on PPC experience working with Google and Microsoft Ads across both keywords and shopping
  • 18 months experience
