Job description
Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive exceptional B2B relationships while delivering a personalised, high touch service that reflects the prestige and excellence of the Harrods brand.

About the Role

This is a senior, client facing position within Corporate Service, responsible for nurturing long term corporate relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will manage complex accounts, lead high value sales conversations and foster strong internal partnerships to ensure every client experience is seamless, profitable and unmistakably Harrods.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, building trusted, long term partnerships
  • Managing the full B2B sales cycle from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Coordinating cross functional projects with internal teams and brands to deliver against client objectives
  • Analysing performance, monitoring market trends and reporting insights to senior stakeholders
Hybrid Working Policy

About You

You will be a confident and commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in a luxury B2B environment. You will bring a strategic approach to account management, balancing revenue growth with exceptional client service and brand integrity. Comfortable managing complex stakeholder relationships, you will take ownership of your accounts while acting as a mentor and positive role model within the team. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence, you will consistently look for opportunities to elevate both the client experience and commercial results.

You must have:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management and relationship development

  • Relevant qualifications in customer service, B2B sales and KYC/AML compliance
