Job summary

Blue Education seeks an Academic Lead across all subjects to elevate teaching excellence, mentor students and contribute to curriculum design. This hybrid role based in London (with international collaboration) combines high‑quality instruction with leadership, family communication and strategic academic planning.

You will supervise subject tutors, manage a portfolio of ambitious learners and partner with senior colleagues to uphold Blue Education’s standards and drive successful university

Qualifications

• Graduate, Master’s or PhD from a top global university.
• Minimum 500+ hours of teaching, tutoring or mentoring experience.
• Proven ability to advise on Oxbridge, Ivy League and other competitive admissions.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous teaching and provide targeted academic mentoring.
• Lead and develop tutors while upholding teaching standards.
• Develop curricula, enrichment and assessment strategies.
• Communicate with families to support student progression.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated student support.
• Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly.
