• Significant experience in airport, airline or aviation operations.
• Strong understanding of passenger-facing airport processes and terminal operations.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience producing clear written briefings, reports or updates.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal AOC point of contact for above-wing operational matters.
• Lead engagement across passenger-facing and terminal activities (check-in, departures, security, immigration, connections, PRM and more).
• Monitor performance using KPIs and industry measures; identify risks and drive improvement plans.
• Represent airline interests in operational decisions and change programmes.
• Provide timely updates to members and senior stakeholders.
