Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a experienced supervisor to manage cleaning operations at Heathrow Airport. You will lead shifts, ensure SLAs are met, and coordinate resources to maintain high standards across all aircraft cleaning activities.

Role involves liaising with airline stakeholders, enforcing HSE and company policies, and delivering reliable service. A UK driving license, DBS check, and shift experience within aviation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management/supervisory experience.
• Experience in aviation or related customer service sector.
• Must hold a full UK driving license and DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings to ensure staff understand customer requirements and have necessary equipment.
• Ensure cleaning standards meet service level agreements and conduct final aircraft cleaning sweeps.
• Coordinate resources, overtime, holidays and recruitment; maintain safety and compliance.
• Maintain strong communication with client airline/stakeholders and uphold HSE guidelines.
• Oversee sign-on/off procedures, staff discipline, and shift coverage across operations.
