Job summary

ABM Heathrow-based Staff Support Manager leads daily resource plans across terminals, aligning with flight volumes to ensure seamless passenger assistance. You’ll manage Staff Support Agents and Payroll Coordinators, driving absence management and on-day floor plan optimization.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will maintain attendance records, updates to rosters, and ensure service levels and brand standards are upheld in a high-volume, dynamic environment at London Heathrow.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in operations management within fast-paced environments.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with database/workforce software.
• Ability to generate and analyse attendance and absence reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily resource plans to deploy staff across Heathrow terminals.
• Monitor live operations and adjust staffing to match flight volumes and live passenger numbers.
• Ensure SLAs are met and uphold brand and customer service.
• Oversee attendance, leave, and return-to-work processes.
• Line-manage Staff Support Agents and Payroll Coordinators.
• Maintain time and attendance records and shift updates.
