Job summary

Airbus Belfast Limited is seeking a Senior Integrator to lead the A220 Engineering Team and drive critical projects across global sites, including Montreal and Mobile Alabama. You will act as Deputy to the Head of Engineering, optimizing operations and delivering wings to our assembly lines.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and ability to navigate a matrix organisation, with travel within the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Be educated to HNC level in engineering with 8+ years PM experience or degree in Engineering with 5+ years PM experience.
• Proven project management skills with delivery performance.
• Ability to lead or influence in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within the A220 Engineering Team across global sites.
• Develop and implement a robust Project Management Framework.
• Ensure delivery on time, cost and quality with stakeholder alignment.
• Promote collaboration between Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
