Job summary

NSR Associates is seeking an Intermediate or Senior 4D Planner to join the head office team working on Major Projects in the High Technology space. You will develop and coordinate 4D models and construction programs (P6) to demonstrate realistic sequencing.

The role involves 4D, 3D & 2D work with the Pre-Construction team, and opportunities to mentor as the group grows. Occasional travel and a hands-on, detail-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency handling Synchro PRO 4D.
• 4D planning on high-technology projects incl. hospitals and data centres.
• Experience with Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D and Primavera P6 daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate 4D models and construction programs (P6) to demonstrate sequencing.
• Work on 4D, 3D and 2D modelling alongside Pre-Construction to integrate simulations.
• Lead 4D presentations for internal and external purposes to showcase capability.
• Ensure model accuracy aligns with BIM standards and drawings for bids.
