Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a 4D Planner in Gerrards Cross to join an established construction contractor delivering complex projects across the UK and Europe. You will develop 4D models using Synchro Pro, link programmes with 3D models, and work with planning, design and site delivery teams to improve coordination and identify potential challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience using Synchro Pro 4D.
• Previous experience within the construction industry.
• A good understanding of construction sequencing and project programmes.
• Experience coordinating with planning, design and site delivery teams.
• The right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining 4D construction models using Synchro Pro.
• Linking project programmes with 3D models to demonstrate construction sequencing.
• Working closely with planners, design managers and construction teams.
• Producing visual simulations for project reviews, tenders and stakeholder presentations.
