Job summary

Computacenter PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior mobile endpoint engineer to oversee the enrolment, configuration and in-life support of mobile devices across a large customer estate. You will work with Workspace ONE, JAMF, Intune, and other MDM tools to manage iOS and Android OS releases, policy enforcement and device onboarding/offboarding.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a 3rd line support or senior mobile endpoint engineering role.
Experience with modern MDM solutions like Workspace ONE, Blackberry, Intune for large estates.
Strong hands-on knowledge of JAMF / JAMf PRO (security, policy management).
Familiar with ZTNA and Entra IDM 365.
Experience with iOS and Android OS deployment and configuration.
Experience with device onboarding and offboarding and policy creation.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end enrolment, configuration and in-life support of mobile devices.
Coordinate with internal teams, customer stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure aligned delivery and issue resolution.
Manage incident queues and SLAs to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure secure, standardised and high-quality end-to-end mobile services.
