Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a 3rd Line Mobile Device Management Engineer to manage end-to-end deployment, configuration and support of mobile devices for a designated managed service customer in the UK.

You will handle enrolment, OS updates, policy management and post-deployment support using cloud-based tools. The role requires strong knowledge of modern MDM platforms (Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF) and hands-on experience with iOS/Android configurations, device onboarding, and

Qualifications

Proven experience in a 3rd line support or senior mobile endpoint engineering role.
Modern Device Management using Workspace ONE, Blackberry, Intune to manage a large mobile customer estate.
Strong hands-on knowledge of JAMF / JAMf PRO, Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Manager, Blackberry Unified Endpoint Manager, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Samsung KNOX, ZTNA, Entra ID, M365.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver mobile OS deployments, configurations and support for a specific managed service customer.
Oversee enrolment, configuration, and in-life support of mobile devices, including iOS/Android OS releases and policy management.
Coordinate with internal teams, customer stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, and service management to ensure delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain secure, standardised, and high-quality end-to-end mobile services.
