Job summary

Railway Corp is seeking a Mobile Device Engineer to join our IT team and help design, test, and deploy secure mobile configurations for a large fleet of devices. You will work closely with the MDM team to implement policies and ensure app store integrity across offices.

The role requires 3+ years in mobile device management, experience with major MDM platforms, and a focus on security, policy compliance, and user experience for diverse employee groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in mobile device management or support.
• Practical experience with major MDM platforms for policy deployment.
• Knowledge of iOS features and hardware hardening basics.
• Experience managing or supporting an app store.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and configuring mobile policies via MDM for iOS and devices.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement controls for productivity and usability.
• Help design, test and roll out secure baseline device configurations and compliance rules.
• Support the internal mobile app store management and app submissions review.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to potential mobile device incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for mobile procedures and user guides.
