Job summary

Bedford IT Company is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to replace a retiring team member. The role demands hands-on implementation and troubleshooting across networking, security, servers and cloud services.

You'll work with Aruba, WatchGuard, Windows Server/Hyper-V, AD, DNS/DHCP, Azure/M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. Strong practical skills in backup/DR and VoIP are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting across complex IT infrastructures.
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, AD, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online.
