Job summary

Computacenter plc is seeking a Senior 3rd Line Analyst to provide expert support across Virtualisation and End User Computing environments in the UK. The role acts as a senior escalation point for complex issues while driving service improvements and operational excellence.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers and project teams to maintain resilient, secure, and high‑performing workplace services, including on‑call support and major incidents as required.

Qualifications

• 3rd line support for enterprise Virtualisation/WP technologies.
• Senior escalation point for complex incidents and problems.
• Lead root cause investigations and service improvements.
• Support service transition and project delivery activities.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and MSPs to deliver outcomes.
• Produce and maintain technical docs and knowledge articles.
• Participate in major incidents and on‑call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for enterprise Virtualisation and Workplace Technology services.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and problems.
• Lead root cause investigations and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Support service transition and project delivery activities.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and managed service providers to deliver positive outcomes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and knowledge articles.
• Participate in major incident and on‑call support activities where required.
