Job summary

Loom Talent in Coventry is seeking a Senior Operations Manager - 3PL to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will oversee B2B & B2C logistics, ensuring service, productivity and cost targets are achieved, while shaping operational strategy with senior leadership.

The role focuses on customer service, people development and performance delivery within a demanding 3PL environment at a large automated warehouse.

Qualifications

Proven senior warehousing or logistics leadership experience.
Experience in a 3PL, retail or e-comm logistics.
Experience leading large operational teams in fast-paced distribution.
Strong commercial awareness with analytical capabilities.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to perform in KPI-driven environments with multiple customer demands.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale warehouse and logistics operations.
Drive performance across productivity, service, quality and cost KPIs.
Develop and mentor operational management teams across shifts and functions.
Ensure customer expectations and SLA requirements are met.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage labour planning, resource allocation and budgets.
Maintain health & safety, compliance and operational discipline.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to support growth and success.
