Job summary

Global Commerce Fulfillment is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our UK Sales Team. You will drive new business in the 3PL, fulfillment, and logistics sectors, build strategic client relationships, and deliver tailored fulfillment solutions for mid-to-large accounts.

You will leverage an established industry network and collaborate with Operations, Solutions, and Customer Service to design value-driven offerings. Travel as needed to win and expand key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the 3PL, fulfillment or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing large-scale clients.
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations, fulfillment services, warehousing and transportation.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring mid-to-large-sized clients within the 3PL, fulfillment, and logistics market.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and account acquisition plans aligned with growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Leverage your industry network to generate leads, build partnerships, and expand market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Solutions, Customer Service, and other internal teams to develop tailored and scalable client solutions.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans through CRM.
• Support client onboarding, account growth, upselling, and cross-selling to build long-term partnerships.
