Job summary

Creation Group, based in London, is seeking an Experiential Designer - 3D (Mid > Snr) for a full-time role. You will lead 3D concept development and spatial design for experiential projects across multiple markets, translating briefs into production-ready output.

The successful candidate will have 4–8+ years in 3D design or architecture, a strong portfolio, and advanced skills in Rhino and rendering tools. You’ll collaborate across teams, mentor juniors, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years’ experience in 3D design or architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual work.
• Advanced knowledge of the full 3D pipeline including modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering.
• Ability to interpret briefs creatively and develop visually engaging concepts.
• Experience mentoring juniors or leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative 3D concepts and spatial design solutions from ideation through final delivery.
• Interpret client briefs with a strategic mindset, balancing creativity, feasibility, and brand alignment.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders and visualisations communicating design intent to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with client services and stakeholders to ensure outputs meet objectives and commercial requirements.
• Translate conceptual designs into production-ready drawings and specifications with the Production team.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and share best practices across the team.
• Stay current with trends in 3D design, visualization tools and real-time rendering to elevate output.
• Contribute compelling 3D visuals for pitches and presentations to enhance client engagement.
• Maintain high standards of craft and alignment with brand guidelines.
