Job summary

Creation Group seeks a Designer - 3D (Mid > Snr) in London to lead creative 3D concepts for experiential and live events. You will produce high‑quality visuals, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor junior designers while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong Rhino 3D and TwinMotion skills, plus a deep understanding of the full 3D pipeline. The position is full‑time with one day remote per week.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years’ experience in 3D design with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual work.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative 3D concepts and spatial design solutions from ideation to delivery.
• Interpret client briefs and transform ideas into immersive 3D environments balancing creativity, feasibility and brand.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualisations communicating design intent to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with client services to ensure outputs align with brand identity and commercial needs.
• Translate concepts into production-ready drawings and specifications with the Technical Design team.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices across the team.
• Stay updated with trends in 3D design, real-time rendering, and experiential tech.
